Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Records Clerk to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audits for nursing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist at nurse stations and ensure patient charts, paperwork, and reports are completed in a timely manner
  • Protect and maintain confidentiality of patient medical records
  • File all patients' medical records and information
  • Supply the nursing department with necessary documents and forms
  • Complete clerical duties, including answering phones, responding to messages, and processing patient admission and discharge records
Requirements:
  • Detailed and organized with basic computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Part-time position, working Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
