- Communication: Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff to ensure a collaborative care approach.
- Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive team player attitude and a love for working with people.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Caregiving Experience: Have a minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience, including medication administration in a community setting.
- Certifications: Hold current caregiver training/certification as specified by the state, or be willing/able to obtain.
- First Aid and BLS: Possess current First Aid and BLS certification or be able to obtain.
- Education: Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
