  • Establishing project frameworks and financial plans
  • Managing billing and invoicing for project accounts
  • Generating sales performance reports
  • Preparing Cost of Goods Sold reports
  • Accruing project costs
  • Compiling weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports
  • Recording financial transactions
  • Importing project-related expenses
  • Assisting with sales tax entries
  • Collaborating with Accounts Receivable
  • Handling documentation for Certificates of Insurance
  • Executing and notarizing lien waivers
Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000
