  • Managing billing and invoicing processes for project accounts
  • Generating and analyzing sales reports
  • Preparing and submitting Cost of Goods Sold reports
  • Accruing costs related to projects
  • Compiling and submitting weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports
  • Recording and managing journal entries
  • Importing and tracking project expenditures
  • Assisting accountants with sales tax documentation
  • Collaborating with Accounts Receivable team
  • Handling documentation for Certificates of Insurance
  • Executing and notarizing lien waivers
Compensation: Salary range of $70,000 to $75,000
