- Work alongside the department leader to meet sales, margin, expense, and labor objectives.
- Adhere to established protocols, including weights and measures, health and sanitation standards, and safe working practices.
- Ensure all displays and shelves are clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated.
- Educate team members on organic standards related to the preparation, display, and storage of meat and seafood products.
- Showcase advanced product knowledge; stay informed about new products and integrate them into the product assortment.
