Swim Instructor

Hubbard Family Swim School is a family-owned and operated year-round indoor swim school dedicated to providing a child-centered environment for learning water safety skills and building confidence in the water.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for each child.

• Teach swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for each child
• Communicate effectively with students and staff members
• Provide feedback and support to students and colleagues
• Work collaboratively with the Deck Supervisor and Site Supervisor to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, or swim for up to 5 hours in the water
• Ability to lift, hold, and/or move equipment or small children up to 50 pounds
• Commitment to a minimum of 1 year and at least 2 shifts per week
• Willingness to go underwater
