Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Training Coordinator to join our team at Marksman Security Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing on-site training programs that meet facility training requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans in conjunction with our Regional Training Coordinator.
  • Provide clear and concise guidance, materials, and instructions to security staff as required.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of all training activities, including participants, results, and completion rates.
  • Oversee training and exercises to ensure site security maintains and improves levels of proficiency and readiness.
  • Identify, report, and document site training opportunities to Site Leadership.
  • Direct and oversee all training activities conducted by supervisors with their assigned security staff.
  • Ensure all aspects of the onboarding training program are implemented and recorded.
  • Routinely measure and assess the proficiency and effectiveness of training to ensure vendor and facility expectations are met.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Security industry experience or comparable industry experience.
  • Training background with classroom facilitation required.
  • Curriculum development experience.
  • Proficiency in technology and software.
