We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Office Assistant to join our team at LA FERIA SERVICES. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Estimated Salary: $28,000 - $38,000 per year, based on location and experience
About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our clerical operations. You will work closely with our team to answer calls, handle payments, prepare reports, and provide information to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering calls and providing exceptional customer service
- Handling payments and transactions using QuickBooks
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records
- Providing information to customers and responding to inquiries
- Assisting with clerical duties, such as filing, scanning, and copying documents
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel formulas and spreadsheets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
