  • Ensure timely and accurate order preparation
  • Minimize waste by following proper food assembly
  • Keep workstations neat and organized
  • Understand Point of Sale responsibilities
  • Be knowledgeable about accepted currencies
  • Maintain a friendly attitude during transactions
  • Communicate current promotions to guests
  • Stay informed about in-store promotions and marketing efforts
  • Follow the guidance of the management team
  • BE EFFICIENT: Foster repeat business
  • Engage in sampling and promotions
  • Encourage and drive repeat customer visits
  • Upsell during customer interactions
  • Maintain appropriate food builds throughout the day

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to move quickly and traverse the workspace
  • Dexterity to handle small tools, equipment, and cash
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English
  • Exposure to cleaning agents and solvents
