Bright Light, a leading provider of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services, is seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join our mission-driven team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of behavior management programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Therapeutic Relationships: Build rapport with individuals served, fostering trust and understanding.
  • Implement Behavior Management Programs: Consistently implement behavior management programs, utilizing sound judgment and seeking consultation as needed.
  • Collaborate with Treatment Teams: Work closely with family members, treatment team members, and other stakeholders to provide effective behavior management techniques.
  • Provide Education and Support: Educate parents/guardians on reinforcement and intervention strategies, promoting a collaborative approach to care.
  • Collect and Analyze Data: Accurately collect and review behavior data, identifying solutions to barriers and making recommendations to supervisors and behavior analysts.
  • Ensure Accurate Documentation: Complete all documentation in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to agency policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma: Required for all applicants.
  • Applied Behavior Analysis Experience: Preferred, but not required.
  • RBT Credential: Preferred, but not required.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to establish trust and rapport quickly, with a strong focus on empathy and guidance.
