- Implement Behavior Management Programs: Consistently implement behavior management programs, utilizing sound judgment and seeking consultation as needed.
- Collaborate with Treatment Teams: Work closely with family members, treatment team members, and other stakeholders to provide effective behavior management techniques.
- Provide Education and Support: Educate parents/guardians on reinforcement and intervention strategies, promoting a collaborative approach to care.
- Collect and Analyze Data: Accurately collect and review behavior data, identifying solutions to barriers and making recommendations to supervisors and behavior analysts.
- Ensure Accurate Documentation: Complete all documentation in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to agency policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma: Required for all applicants.
- Applied Behavior Analysis Experience: Preferred, but not required.
- RBT Credential: Preferred, but not required.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to establish trust and rapport quickly, with a strong focus on empathy and guidance.
