Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our team at LanceSoft. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, as well as providing administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into various software systems, including Versatile Enterprise and RMS.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to interface with company personnel, vendors, and other parties connected with the company.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Use scanners and software to upload and associate files in our database.

Requirements:

  • Proficient typing and computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to learn client software systems and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in an administrative setting is preferred.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, with a minimum of 30 hours per week required. As a regular employee, you will be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental and vision insurance, 401k contributions, critical illness insurance, and voluntary life insurance.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
