Job Description
As a Business Development Manager at Michael Page, you'll own a varied role that's stimulating and challenging daily. This career will develop your interpersonal and commercial skills, giving you real opportunities for personal and professional growth.
You'll be responsible for hunting new business opportunities, managing the process from interview to close of sale, and building close partnerships with clients. You'll search, source, and screen potential candidates using multiple online resources, conduct in-person interviews, and negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for sales and recruitment professionals who are ready to bring energy, passion, and determination to maintain our reputation as an industry leader. Our ideal candidate has 3 years of experience running a full desk model, prospecting experience, and closing business.
Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools like Zoominfo and LinkedIn Recruiter is required. A positive attitude, desire to win, and adaptability are essential. You should be driven by measurable results, have a BA/BS degree or equivalent, and be coachable and curious.
