Customer Service Representative

This role is crucial to the success of our retail stores. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend solutions that meet their requirements. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring maximum client satisfaction while consistently meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications, enabling you to provide expert advice to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Participate in visual merchandising, ensuring store displays are attractive and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
- Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
