Job Title: Casualty Broker - Power and Renewables

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Casualty Broker to join our team in the Power and Renewables sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative and effective solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients to understand their risk management needs and provide expert advice on policy coverage and risk exposures.
  • Lead discussions and negotiations with insurance markets to secure best-in-class terms, coverage, and pricing.
  • Analyze exposure data, loss history, and unique coverage needs to create tailored market submissions.
  • Collaborate with Senior Brokers, Account Executives, and leadership to facilitate information exchange and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
Requirements:
  • 6-9 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on casualty and power/renewables.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Advanced problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other relevant software.
