Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and quality of the spa facility, including bathrooms, showers, lockers, and pool areas.
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure guest satisfaction and make adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure guest lockers are cleaned and ready for the next guest.
  • Restock guest amenities, linens, and supplies as required.
  • Participate in deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Previous spa or hospitality experience preferred.
  • First Aid Certificates (including CPR) preferred.
  • Excellent guest service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Able to lift, move, and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
  • Passion for people and wellness.
Working Conditions:

This position may require long days and/or weekends to meet business demands or deadlines. The spa environment is fast-paced, with high levels of interaction with guests, employees, and other stakeholders. The role involves working outdoors in a mountain setting with varying weather conditions.

Physical Demands:

The employee is regularly required to be on their feet, reach, and stoop. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
