Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Labeling Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our products are accurately labeled and meet quality standards.

  • Location: MG Foods East Cotton Street, Longview, TX
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday with varying hours.
  • Experience: Previous experience in labeling is preferred.
  • Compensation: $14.00 per hour. *Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train team members on labeling processes and software applications.
  • Manage incoming communications and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Organize and document meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Maintain schedules and manage appointments effectively.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
  • Compile and organize records of office activities and transactions.
  • Process and prepare necessary documentation, including invoices and contracts.
  • Operate office equipment such as photocopiers and computers.
  • Proofread and edit various documents for accuracy.
  • Assist customers and staff with inquiries and provide information as needed.
  • Manage basic bookkeeping tasks and financial transactions.
  • Address and resolve issues related to office equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
