Position Summary:

The newly established customer engagement model focuses on local healthcare environments, aiming to provide a seamless experience that prioritizes patient care. Role Responsibilities:

The Health Science Advisor (HSA) will utilize a combination of in-person, virtual, and digital tools to connect with HCPs, offering comprehensive knowledge about Otsuka's products and the conditions they address. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactive Outreach: Engage HCPs on critical topics such as product access, on-label information, and established patient care guidelines.
  • Customer Engagement: Utilize various digital tools to interact with customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed and feedback is collected to improve service quality.
  • Thought Leadership: Organize and facilitate discussions among local provider groups to share insights on experiences and outcomes.
  • Business Planning: Collaborate with the ecosystem lead to provide local market insights that inform strategic business goals and initiatives.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
  • Residence within a commutable distance of the designated sales territory.
Preferred Skills:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in cross-functional roles within the life sciences sector.
  • 4 or more years of experience in sales, particularly in complex healthcare environments.
  • Clinical nursing or Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) experience.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing training or mentorship.
