Account Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our team at Global Facility Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing work orders, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily work orders, including follow-ups and escalations as needed
- Communicate with clients and vendors via phone, email, and other channels
- Utilize third-party technology to update clients and track work order progress
- Handle high call volumes and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client and vendor issues
- 1 year of experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and internet research tools
