At Perimeter Behavioral of Arlington, we are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for full-time Registered Nurses on both day and night shifts. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about enhancing the lives of our patients through a collaborative and patient-centered approach to delivering high-quality care.

Our facility is a specialized psychiatric hospital focused on providing inpatient programs for children and adolescents. We are dedicated to instilling hope and transforming the lives of the youth in our community by delivering exceptional nursing care to our behavioral health patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each resident's care.
  • Develop comprehensive nursing assessments and current care plans.
  • Establish measurable goals on the Multi-disciplinary Treatment Plan in collaboration with the treatment team and residents.
  • Document daily progress notes for assigned residents.
  • Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment that upholds residents' rights.
  • Maintain professional relationships with patients, their families, and facility staff.

We welcome new nursing graduates to apply, provided they have at least one year of direct care experience in a behavioral health environment. Successful candidates will complete Handle with Care training during the hospital orientation.
