Position Title: Compensation Programs Manager

Role Overview:

  • Oversee the creation, execution, and management of comprehensive global compensation initiatives.
  • Engage with essential stakeholders to evaluate market competitiveness and alignment.
  • Guarantee adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Deliver training on compensation frameworks to managers and team members.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience within multinational organizations.
  • Proficient in compensation strategy formulation and execution.
  • Demonstrated executive presence coupled with strong organizational capabilities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Workday and readiness for public company standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach.
