This role assists the Pricing Coordinator by collaborating closely with department managers and vendor partners to ensure consistent implementation of pricing policies.


Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform tasks as assigned by the Pricing Coordinator.

Ensure compliance with departmental standards within the Pricing department.

Implement best practices as outlined in the Pricing team manual.

Maintain accurate pricing for all store merchandise.

Execute price adjustments, promotional displays, and signage within the store.


Foster effective communication and collaboration with the Store Director, Pricing Director, and other department managers to uphold standards and exceed customer expectations.

Provide excellent customer service to guests.

Assist customers in locating desired items.

Encourage a sense of community among colleagues.


Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the department by organizing and tidying work areas, shelving, and sales floors as necessary.

Take charge of the department in the absence of the Pricing Coordinator.

Maintain regular attendance in accordance with the work schedule, providing adequate notice for any absences.

Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements outlined below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for success. High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to interact tactfully and effectively with customers and staff

Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to manage various situations

Basic proficiency in computer functions and Microsoft Suite products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Ability to stand for extended periods.

Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.

Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching above shoulder level.

Continuous hand movements, grasping, and fine manipulation.

Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures.

WORK SCHEDULE
This position is full-time and hourly. The work schedule will include daytime shifts, occasional evenings/weekends, and early morning shifts.
