About the Role:

Festival Foods is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Pricing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Pricing department, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate pricing of all store products and executing price changes, ad and display changes, and promotional signage within the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Pricing Coordinator in performing tasks and ensuring all department standards are met in the Pricing department.
  • Execute best practices as outlined in the Pricing team manual and maintain accurate pricing of all store products.
  • Communicate and work cooperatively with Store Director, Pricing Director, and other department managers to maintain standards and exceed guest expectations.
  • Provide customer service to guests and assist them in finding items they are looking for.
  • Contribute to overall cleanliness of the department by picking up, organizing, and cleaning work areas, shelving, and sales floor as needed.
  • Lead the department in the Pricing Coordinator's absence and ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • High School Education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers and all personnel.
  • Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to handle situations.
  • Basic knowledge in computer functions and Microsoft Suite products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Work Environment:

The Assistant Pricing Coordinator is a full-time hourly position with a varied schedule, including daytime shifts, occasional evenings/weekends, and Wednesdays starting at 3:00 AM.
