QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and commodities management.
In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes that drive competitive RFPs.
Extensive experience in vendor management with a proven ability to cultivate successful partnerships.
Strong grasp of market dynamics and industry trends.
Proficient in making informed decisions using a balanced approach of analysis, experience, and judgment.
Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights.
Capable of problem-solving, multitasking, and managing competing priorities to meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
No allergies to food products such as milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, sesame, and/or soy.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration.
Culturally aware and able to work effectively with diverse teams.

Experience in sourcing and procurement management.
Familiarity with chocolate purchasing.
Experience with Tribal and/or Government procurement, bidding, and contracting.
Background in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing consumer packaged goods company.
Experience with MSDBC.
