Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and expedite the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain.
  • Identify bottlenecks or problem areas and escalate or propose solutions.
  • Work with suppliers to resolve issues.
  • May assist in the negotiation of contracts or service arrangements.
  • May assume a team lead role for working groups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. 14 years of relevant experience may satisfy degree requirement.
  • Four to Ten (4 - 10) years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the US Navy, including on active duty, government civilian, or support contractor.
  • Experience working with technical authority (e.g., NAVSEA 05).
  • Experience working with US Navy Program Managers in an analyst role.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

Compensation:

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,700-$100,300.
