About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Supply Chain to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our supply chain strategy, ensuring seamless operations, and driving cost savings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with our corporate goals
  • Oversee the procurement and logistics functions, ensuring efficient and effective operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive cost savings and improve customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of supply chain professionals
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on operations and logistics
  • Proven track record of driving cost savings and improving efficiency
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • APICS certification and/or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
