Job Title: Director of Supply Chain

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Supply Chain to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage and oversee daily metrics, including inventory levels, lead times, and shipping performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
