As our Go To Market Strategy Lead, you'll play a critical role in shaping our global Product Development roadmap, delivering market analyses, and developing business cases driven by grower needs and emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development Roadmap: Help prioritize Suterra's global Product Development roadmap by delivering market analyses and developing business cases, driven by grower needs and emerging trends.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product development projects on time, and on budget.
  • Go-To-Market Strategies: Develop Go-To-Market strategies for new product launches and existing product and service enhancements.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with decision-makers at key growers and drive adoption, acting as the primary interface.
  • Commercial Collaboration: Collaborate with the Commercial facing teams to transition from launches to scale-up of larger market sales processes.
Qualifications:
  • Curiosity and Passion: Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent relationship-building skills, especially with growers, backed up by solid written and oral communication skills.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in complex project management, and the ability to integrate technical problem-solving into a plan for executing in the field.
  • Business Outcomes: Proven track record of driving multi-tasked measurable business outcomes to success, on time, in a team setting.
  • Autonomy: Business-first mentality and a bias for action. Autonomy to perform at a high level with limited supervision, and interact with executives and individual contributors simultaneously.
  • Global Collaboration: Ability to work and interact globally across different time zones, languages, and cultures.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 40% when necessary.
Education and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in agriculture-related field, engineering, or similar scientific disciplines.
  • Experience: 5+ years experience in agriculture or related fields, manufacturing, or other industries where physical product development plays a critical role.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of commercial agriculture, grower operations, and the associated inputs required for success.
