About the Role

Amplify is a leading provider of next-generation curriculum and assessment solutions for K-12 education. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Awareness and Drive Sales: Assist in promoting the Amplify brand and products to schools and educational institutions, and drive sales through effective relationships and strategic planning.
  • Conduct Sales Meetings and Presentations: Meet with school site personnel to discuss Amplify's solutions and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to small to medium-sized districts.
  • Develop Relationships and Identify Opportunities: Foster relationships with key decision-makers in schools and identify new sales opportunities to advance in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Provide Customer and Competitive Feedback: Offer insights and feedback to Sales Leadership on customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Represent Amplify at Industry Events: Articulate the Amplify story and showcase our solutions at state and citywide exhibitions, fairs, and other related gatherings.
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 1-year experience in teaching, school system administration, education market, or other industry supporting sales functions. Proficiency in English (verbal & written) and ability to lift and carry sample boxes/bags that may weigh up to 30 lbs.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Conversational intelligence, previous experience working with literacy programs, and experience crafting and delivering short multimedia presentations.
Compensation and Benefits
