Key Responsibilities:- Drive new business acquisition for Disability Solutions
- Leverage in-depth understanding of technology, market trends, and business climate to develop strategic sales plans
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver responses to RFP/RFI inquiries
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business
- Align actions with company vision, mission, strategy, and objectives
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast for revenue target achievement
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology
- More than 10 years of experience in B2B sales to Large Enterprise Customers
- 2-4 years of experience selling wireless solutions and/or other technology products/services as the lead salesperson
- Less than 2 years of experience working with International HQ-based companies
- 2-4 years of experience communicating with C-Suite level executives
- Active listening and confident communication skills
- Empathetic towards others and able to build rapport
- Efficient organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Business acumen, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Strategic thinking, adaptability, and flexibility
- Analytical skills, research, and attention to detail
Travel is required for this role.
