Position Overview:

The Cannabis Retail Specialist plays a crucial role in guiding customers through their cannabis journey by providing education on product benefits and potential side effects. This role requires a deep understanding of various products and their effects, coupled with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The primary responsibility is to facilitate customer purchases in compliance with state regulations while ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, guests, and colleagues.
  • Show empathy and compassion towards patients.
  • Provide an elevated customer experience through exceptional service standards and product knowledge.
  • Assist management with returns according to company policies.
  • Efficiently prepare and process patient orders.
  • Adhere to Trulieve's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the on-duty leader to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with product or device inquiries.
  • Work with management to resolve customer issues.
  • Document customer concerns in their profiles.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout your shift.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • As a Delivery Associate, you may be required to possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clear driving record.
  • As Online Support, assist with processing online orders within a specified timeframe.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in a related field preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in specific states).
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
  • Cash handling experience is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with diverse personalities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions accurately.
  • Must be able to interact respectfully with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in conversational English is necessary.
  • Must possess the physical and mental capabilities to perform job duties.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Physical and Work Requirements:

  • Must be able to move throughout the facility and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexible work hours are required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
