Position Overview:

The Cannabis Retail Specialist plays a crucial role in guiding customers through their cannabis journey. This position requires a strong understanding of our product offerings and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in making informed purchases while adhering to state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers, guests, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards patients.
  • Uphold the Trulieve standard of patient service through comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Support management with returns and exchanges as per company guidelines.
  • Efficiently process customer orders and inquiries.
  • Adhere to Trulieve policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions and concerns.
  • Document customer feedback and issues accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout your shift.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Additional Duties:

  • As a Delivery Associate, you may be required to possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • As Online Support, assist with processing online orders within specified timeframes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in certain states).
  • Prior experience in cash handling is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and interact with diverse personalities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be able to interact respectfully with customers and team members.
  • Must possess the physical and mental capabilities necessary for the role.

Work Environment:
