Job Summary

The Supply Chain Hub Analyst plays a critical role in shaping the culture of Trulieve, executing day-to-day Stock Transfer Orders to and from large cannabis cultivation / production sites and orders to and from Dispensaries. This position reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager and requires a hands-on approach to manage inventory and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) for Finished Goods, Cultivation Plants, Dry Flower, Waste, Pack/Raw Materials, and Dispensaries
  • Manage Transfers of Finished Goods to Retail
  • Manage in Transit Inventory
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Adaptable to a variety of assignments and settings
  • Able to work independently for long periods without direct supervision
  • SAP Experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Microsoft Excel skills
  • Quick learner and team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills

Additional Requirements

  • Florida Driver's License or ability to obtain one
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
  • Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to handle organic matter daily
  • Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details

Work Schedule

  • 40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs
  • Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
