Job Overview

Position: Cannabis Retail Associate | Reports to: Store Management

Role Overview:

  • Execute opening and closing tasks, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere focused on customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Register and verify new customer profiles upon their arrival.
  • Inform customers about their purchase limits and licensing details.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality regarding customer information and interactions.
  • Manage customer flow within the retail space efficiently.
  • Guide customers in selecting products by offering tailored recommendations based on their needs and physician guidance.
  • Notify customers of ongoing promotions and featured products.
  • Process customer orders and handle transactions using the designated point-of-sale system.
  • Stay informed about company offerings, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Occasionally assist with deliveries as pre-arranged with management.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Store Manager.

Compensation: Starting wage is $16 per hour. The Flowery conducts annual evaluations based on performance at its discretion. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits, paid time off, and holidays following a probationary period.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive federal background check.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Flexible schedule availability is essential.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various tasks as needed.
