We are looking for a skilled Retail Operations Leader who embodies the Jungle Boys ethos. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our brand and ensuring an exceptional experience for all patients in Florida.
The Retail Operations Leader will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to drive performance and create a safe, motivating, and enjoyable learning atmosphere.
This position involves assisting with merchandising, operational tasks, and upholding company standards while addressing both team and customer inquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Fostering relationships with employees and patients
- Ensuring compliance with inventory management
- Training staff on new product introductions
- Staying updated on patient regulations
- Working alongside the Store Manager to implement store strategies aimed at achieving sales, service, and operational objectives
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma Required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 2 to 3 years of experience in high-volume retail, cannabis, or hospitality sectors, including:
- Recruitment, Coaching, Training, and Development of Team Members
- Store Operations (Inventory, Labor Management, Cost Control, Cash Handling)
- Understanding of Florida Cannabis Regulations and Compliance is advantageous
- Availability for holidays, evenings, and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, POS, and inventory management software
