Chief People and Culture Officer

Base Pay Range:
$150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
HRC Fertility is seeking a seasoned and innovative executive leader to spearhead its human resources, workplace environment, and cultural initiatives.
Salary ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 20%.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute HR strategies that resonate with the company's mission, values, commitment to ethical practices, and long-term vision.

- Formulate HR plans and initiatives that align with overarching business objectives.

- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership across various business units on critical organizational and human resource management matters.

- Create comprehensive recruitment and staffing strategies to fulfill human capital needs and strategic ambitions.
- Develop and implement competitive and cost-effective compensation, incentive, and benefits programs.

- Provide leadership and direction to the HR function, overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention strategies, organizational training, leadership development, compensation, and payroll.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices in human resources management.
- Champion the company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Demonstrate expertise in staff recruitment and retention strategies.
- Lead planning for staff and cultural events.
- Manage budgeting and expense oversight.
- Ensure workplace safety and security management.
- Drive the ongoing development and implementation of JEDI (Just, Equitable, Diverse, and Inclusive) programs.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Proven experience in strategic human resources leadership within organizations of at least 200 employees; experience in healthcare or hospitality sectors is preferred.

- Background in managing multi-site organizations.
- High emotional intelligence and a proactive approach to visibility.
- A drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR compliance and compensation frameworks.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective supervisory and leadership capabilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with various HRIS systems; experience with ADP is a plus.
- Expertise in employee benefits design and strategic planning.
- Proficient in executive-level recruitment and retention programs.
- Knowledgeable in administering employee benefits plans, including 401k and ERISA plans.
- Skilled in developing and evolving organizational culture programs and employee engagement strategies.
- Experienced in labor and employment compliance frameworks.
- Competent in designing and implementing enterprise-wide training programs.

Education and Experience:

- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in human resources management, hospitality management, organizational psychology, or related fields; a master's degree in a relevant area is advantageous.

- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, JEDI, DE&I) are preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including at least five years in an executive role.
- Additional experience in event planning and management is a plus.
- Experience in workplace safety and security management is beneficial.
