We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead IT Infrastructure Specialist to become a vital part of our organization.

In this role, you will have the chance to engage in hands-on management and oversight of our IT systems and infrastructure.

You will collaborate closely with our technology team to support a variety of systems and services, including cloud solutions, directory services, collaborative platforms, mobile device management, and security measures.

Familiarity with device setup and upkeep will also be crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Solutions Management:
Oversee and maintain cloud-based virtual machines, services, and resources.
Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance and security challenges.
Assist in the implementation and enhancement of cloud-based solutions according to organizational needs. Backup and recovery processes.

Directory Services and Collaborative Platforms Management:
Support the administration and upkeep of directory services and collaborative platforms.
Assist in user and group management, permissions, and access control.
Troubleshoot directory-related issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Migrating systems to cloud solutions is an advantage.
