We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of Technical Product Specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including recruiting, training, and developing team members. They will also be responsible for fostering a customer-centric culture and identifying process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Technical Product Specialists to deliver best-in-class service.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop team members.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture focused on responsiveness and problem resolution.
  • Provide effective coaching and motivating feedback to team members.
  • Lead the team to assure consistency of quality audits and calibration of quality scoring within the team.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, FDA-regulated call center with 2+ years of experience managing a team. They will also have medical device troubleshooting or product support experience and knowledge of diabetes. Strong communication and technical skills are essential for this role.
