Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at LaRosa's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive exceptional service while supervising all hourly restaurant staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform the duties of the General Manager in their absence, providing leadership and direction to the team.
  • Directly supervise 5 to 40 Team Members in the restaurant, promoting a positive work environment and ensuring that guests receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Schedule hourly staff to meet business level requirements, balancing productivity and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor food preparation and presentations to ensure compliance with company standards, maintaining high quality and consistency.
  • Participate in the hiring and onboarding process, identifying top talent and providing comprehensive training.
  • Perform opening and closing administrative procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Assist in profit and loss management by following cash control/security procedures, managing labor costs, and reviewing financial reports.
  • May perform the functions of any hourly position in the absence or shortage of staff, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Document procedures consistently and thoroughly, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Ensure that guest checks are handled accurately and efficiently, complying with company policies and procedures.
  • Address guest concerns, requests, injuries, or accidents, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Provide constructive feedback to hourly Team Members, helping them improve their performance and skills.
  • Collaborate with Management to ensure that newly hired Team Members receive comprehensive orientation training.
  • Follow LEAN processes as defined for both their role and the pizzeria, promoting efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Team Members throughout the location, including Store Management, Front of the House, and Back of the House staff.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with additional college classes in management, accounting, and finance preferred.
  • At least 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
