Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Coordinate office operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and document preparation
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a reception or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
