Job Description

Corporation Service Company (CSC) is seeking an experienced and skilled Facilities Manager to join our Global Facilities management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Facilities Coordinators, overseeing complex Facilities projects, and ensuring the efficient administration of CSC's office facilities globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Facilities Coordinators to maintain and improve CSC's office facilities globally, with a focus on U.S.-based office locations.
  • Set specific goals, performance indicators, and objectives for the team and individuals, and lead both team and individuals to growth and fulfillment of those established goals.
  • Manage complex overlapping Facilities projects and meet deadlines, including office relocations, decommissions, and new office projects.
  • Assist with CSC's lease administration practices for Global Facilities and stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Build strong relationships with the team, peers, and Facilities stakeholders and partners to understand their unique needs and concerns.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of strong leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Lease administration experience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
  • Flexibility and agility, with the ability to multitask.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel, with experience in ServiceNow or other Facilities Management/Project Management ticketing systems a plus.
