Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain critical infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, and water systems, to ensure no disruptions and regulatory compliance.
  • Support capacity expansion and business ventures by optimizing site operations and managing strategic suppliers.
  • Nurture a safe, collaborative, and engaging workplace by promoting employee engagement and environmental stewardship.
  • Optimize site operations, implement systems to support manufacturing processes, and ensure compliance with EHS and Global Security standards.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure projects, from construction to site upgrades, and manage an annual budget for operational and capital expenses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consistency in support and standards, and champion Agilent's culture, values, and ethics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or Construction.
  • 8+ years of validated experience in HVAC mechanical design, facility/project engineering, or general contracting.
  • Experience in the life science industry or chemistries-based manufacturing is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of design-build and plan-specification construction processes, and familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
