Job Title: Night Auditor

Job Summary:

The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining the overall quality of our hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Balance revenue and expense transactions for the day
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns
  • Generate and distribute daily reports to management and staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and staff
  • Computer experience preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
