Position Overview
The Enrollment Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in assisting the enrollment operations team by providing timely and accurate responses to family inquiries, aiding the Hardship Transfer team with necessary tasks, and collaborating with the operations team to implement all enrollment initiatives throughout the year.Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and prompt responses to enrollment inquiries received through various communication channels;
- Assist the Hardship Transfer team by facilitating communication between families and educational institutions, ensuring the submission of required documentation, monitoring application progress for timely follow-up, and coordinating with other departments to support re-engagement of students;
- Support the Enrollment Operations team in planning and executing each enrollment phase, including assisting families in resource centers and adapting to new tasks during peak enrollment periods;
- Participate in staff meetings and other relevant district gatherings as needed;
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required;
- Preferred: 2 years of customer service experience in an educational environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively;
- Collaborative team player willing to adapt for the team's success;
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for assisting others.
- This role may involve various environmental demands and reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
- Tasks may require motor coordination and finger dexterity (such as keyboarding) during the workday;
- Occasional physical effort may be needed to handle objects weighing more than 30 pounds;
- Exposure to minimal physical occupational risks may occur;
- Typical work setting is an office environment.
Compensation
Salary is determined based on educational qualifications and relevant experience.
Performance Evaluation
Employees will be assessed based on their performance using established evaluation methods.
