Manufacturing Engineer - Operations - Competitive Compensation & Benefits

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to enhance our operational capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and sustain manufacturing workflows and production layouts for assembly lines, equipment setup, processing, machining, and material logistics.
2. Identify and execute initiatives for process enhancement aimed at boosting efficiency, productivity, and minimizing waste across all manufacturing sectors.
3. Utilize Lean Manufacturing methodologies to design, specify, and validate top-tier manufacturing processes to meet cost, quality, and capacity objectives.
4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to diagnose production challenges, ascertain root causes, and implement effective solutions.
5. Conduct risk evaluations and establish safety protocols to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
6. Oversee projects using engineering methodologies, ensuring compliance with timelines and budget constraints.
7. Create and deliver training programs for production personnel on new processes and machinery.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. At least 4 years of experience in a comparable position within the manufacturing sector.
3. Demonstrated expertise in process optimization, production layouts, and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
4. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for addressing complex production challenges.
6. Solid project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
7. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to convey intricate technical information to a non-technical audience.
8. A proactive work ethic, with a strong focus on results and a commitment to continuous improvement.
