Core Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and sustain manufacturing processes and production configurations for assembly lines, equipment setup, processing, machining, and material handling.
2. Identify and execute initiatives for process enhancement aimed at boosting efficiency, productivity, and minimizing waste across all manufacturing sectors.
3. Utilize Lean Manufacturing methodologies to design, specify, and validate top-tier manufacturing processes to meet cost, quality, and capacity objectives.
4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to diagnose production challenges, ascertain root causes, and apply effective long-term solutions.
5. Conduct thorough risk evaluations and enforce safety protocols to guarantee adherence to industry standards and regulations.

7. Create and present training programs for production personnel on new methodologies and equipment.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

3. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, production design, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
4. Strong technical proficiency, including experience with CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing complex production challenges.
6. Solid project management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey intricate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
