College Possible is seeking an experienced Program Leadership Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the adaptation and implementation of College Possible programming to ensure high-quality initiatives and projects at the site level.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Quality and Organizational Management: Ensure that the Success program operates with fidelity to the College Possible model and moves toward ambitious outcomes.
  • Strategic Planning and Leadership: Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Programs and Program Director to build the vision, structures, programming, and relationships that will lay the foundation for a robust sustainable program.
  • Program Development: Develop, build on, and/or maintain key initiatives that support student engagement, persistence, and graduation, such as Scholarship and Emergency Aid, Career Readiness programming & workshops, and On-campus Community Leaders.
  • Partner Management: Foster working relationships with higher education partnerships and community partners, providing College Possible data on student engagement, partner data for enrollment verification, and facilitating introductions of College Possible staff.
  • Success Program Growth: Work with the Senior Director of Programs to assess opportunities for new and expanded partnerships within higher education and the community.
  • Supervise and Support Program Staff: Supervise select Program, Project & CPT staff related to the Success team, leading initiatives and projects to ensure program staff and the Success program is a highly visible and growing program.
  • Evaluate and Report Progress: Collect and analyze data that demonstrates student and program outcomes, using that information for program management and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Manage Success Program Budget: Develop and implement the Success program budget each fiscal year, evaluating program-related expenditures and analyzing budget performance on a monthly basis.
