Our 42-bed acute-care Joint Commission Accredited psychiatric hospital offers a full continuum of care for older adults dealing with mental health issues.

Job Responsibilities
As the Nursing Leadership Manager, your primary focus will be on providing oversight for the provision of care, serving as a resource to direct care staff, and supporting the DON with hiring, orientation, staffing, staff education, and other assigned activities. You will also provide direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned. Your dedication to delivering exceptional patient care and support to our healthcare team members will be invaluable in this role.

Benefits and Salary
The salary for this position is approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited RN program and hold current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Additionally, you should possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In accordance with the emergency regulation issued by the City of Philadelphia requiring hospital workers to be fully vaccinated, all employees and contractors of Haven Behavioral Hospital of Philadelphia are required to be fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine.
