Job Summary:

As the Associate Program Director, you will play a crucial role in promoting our mission by managing an effective team to provide quality services in the Residential Treatment Facility. Your leadership will ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.

Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Behavioral Health Discipline or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience working with Behavioral Health and Intellectually disabled populations
  • LSW, LCSW preferred
  • At least three years of experience in behavioral health treatment for children, youth, and adults
Specific Duties:
  1. Provide overall supervision of program at assigned Residential Treatment site
  2. Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  3. Provide individual and group supervision of assigned staff
  4. Ensure ongoing training and development of staff skills
  5. Fill staff vacancies and complete site orientations for new hires
Physical Demands:

The ability to participate in approved physical restraint techniques is required.
