About Us
Apex Mechanical Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial HVAC Outside Salesperson to join our team. We are a leading provider of commercial HVAC services in the Los Angeles area and are looking for someone who can help us grow our business through identifying and developing new customers.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $67,500, with opportunities for bonuses and other incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Job Summary
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced sales professional who is passionate about the commercial HVAC industry. As a Commercial HVAC Outside Salesperson at Apex Mechanical Services, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with our technical team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new commercial HVAC service customers
* Build strong relationships with customers, engineers, property managers, and HVAC technicians
* Prepare cost proposals, generate submittals, and process jobs for execution
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and revenue goals

Requirements
* 3-5 years of previous sales experience in HVAC
* Valid CA Driver's License and good driving record
* Strong understanding of the commercial HVAC industry and its applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
