The Role:
Territory Sales Lead
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging current and prospective clients, presenting the value of our products and services, and driving opportunities through the sales cycle.
This is a consultative sales position focused on understanding client needs, presenting solutions, securing new business, and building on existing client relationships in a market and environment that offers a wealth of opportunities to drive business growth.
You will work closely with Operations teams to ensure newly landed clients and accounts are set up for success and their business retained.
You will travel regularly within your territory to meet local clients and occasionally travel on overnight/multiday trips to meet clients and/or represent Ethos at conferences, tradeshows, and industry events.
You will update your CRM account (Salesforce) daily to track all relevant sales activities, client contacts, meetings, and progress towards targets.
You are motivated by the financial opportunity to exceed sales targets and unlock the highest possible commissions.
You have knowledge of insurance claims processes, experience with private investigations or medical claims processing, or professional experience working with claims adjustors or risk managers.
